What's New: Thank you for visiting our local home page for Breadsmith of Appleton. Additional information is also available on our main page at www.breadsmith.com. This is a time of change for us: we are moving our West store down the street over Memorial Weekend. We are also changing our offerings as we try new breads. Power Bread is now on Tuesdays and Cinnamon Spice is available Wednesday and Saturday. Cooking Classes at Breadsmith East! Join Chuck Spanbauer, local chef and caterer for Sunday afternoon cooking classes at Breadsmith East, starting March 11. He will cover everything from appetizers to main courses using your favorite Breadsmith breads. Classes are Sunday afternoon at 2 pm, last an hour or so and are limited to 12 people. The class fee of $12 per class lets you enjoy the items made, take home recipes to inspire you and Breadsmith coupons to get you started on making it yourself! March 11 Crostini Appetizers is full, but there are openings in the rest: March 25 Over-The-Top French Toast, April 1 Strata Dishes, April 15 Using Fresh Pizza Dough and April 22 Fabulous Focaccia Sandwiches. Sign up now! Gluten Free is now available Wednesday through Saturday again. We are still working out the kinks in the schedule, so please be patient. As before, we have to make our GF Bread in a gluten environment, but we double clean everything and line all pans and surfaces with parchment paper. We also now test each batch of Gluten Free to ensure that it is below the federal guidelines for gluten. As always, thank you to all of our customers for their feedback, comments and questions. If you have not visited our store, we invite you to drop by for samples of our breads, bakery and coffee.
